Gotti’s is the latest edition to Houston’s vibe dining scene serving seafood, pasta and Cajun flava!

Gotti’s was founded in 2021 by a local entrepreneur Irv “Gotti” Williams, a native Houstonian from Third Ward, Houston, Texas.  Both of Irv’s parents are native Houstonians and fueled his entrepreneurial spirit at a young age.  Irv’s love for Creole & Cajun food influenced the fusion of tastes you will experience at Gotti’s.

Irv attended Texas Southern University and was actively involved in the Jessie H. Jones School of Business organization, Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) where he networked and built relationships with local business leaders.  While utilizing his advanced computer and programming skills, Irv began to thrive around campus and gained the nickname “Irv Gotti”.

After college, Irv worked as a Software Engineer and traveled the world for a global engineering and procurement firm.  He also excelled in corporate America at a leading cloud-based ERP firm until he decided to pursue his dream to become a restaurateur, something he plans to make a part of his family’s legacy.

Gotti’s restaurant was formed to allow guests a flavor packed experience of dishes that denote Irv’s upbringing and culinary palette as a Houstonian.  Being a frequent late-night diner, he realized there was a lack of flava and spice missing on the scene and decided to fill that void.

Our menu is filled with Cajun delicacies such as fried catfish, shrimp and grits, chicken fried chicken, cornbread hushpuppies and many other popular dishes to anyone who was raised in Houston.  Gotti’s is the latest addition to East Downtown’s restaurant scene, providing another option to Houston’s thriving “vibe dining” experience.

Reservations are not required, but strongly recommended on weekends. We accept walk-ins, however there is typically a wait time on weekends.

Hours of Operation
Every Monday: 7PM-1AM
Tuesday – Sunday:11AM-Midnight

Guests with reservations have a 15 minute grace period, late arrivals are placed on our wait list or cancelled if no one from the party is present.  Your entire party must be present to be seated.

Split Check Policy
Our system only allows us to divide checks up to three ways per group.  We recommend guests combine their payment when possible.

Weekend Brunch
Every Saturday & Sunday we serve our full brunch menu between 11AM-4PM.  Our limited brunch menu is available ALL DAY every day.  Brunch Menu

Brunch & Bingo
Brunch & Bingo is every Sunday 11AM-4PM. Come enjoy great vibes and games with the possibility of winning shots, carafes towers and more!

Age Limit
We allow guests of all ages inside Gotti’s.  We are a restaurant with great food for all.  However, on weekends there is a live DJ and lively environment, we ask parent’s use their own discretion based on the comfort of their child.

Weekend Vibes
Every Weekend there is a live DJ, we welcome birthday dinners, girls night out and other events.  Individuals sensitive to high energy environments may want to avoid dining during this time frame.

Dress Code
Dressy or Casual, you decide. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy the atmosphere.

Parking
We do not have a designated parking lot, there is plenty of street and paid parking lots available nearby.  Street parking is FREE after 6PM and all day on Sunday’s.
Uber/Lyft is recommended during baseball games or scheduled events in the area.
